What does my web hosting fee cover?
Hosting fees cover your hosting space on the server and technical support pertaining to the server; ie server outages, email issues, accessing your control panel, WordPress plugin advise, to name a few. Technical support does NOT include maintenance of your WordPress software or plugins. Use our contact form to submit a technical support request.
Can I pay my bill online?
Yes, you can pay online with a credit, debit or PayPal Account. Go the Online Payment page, enter your invoice amount and click add to cart. From there follow the prompts. Once on PayPal page use the second option on the right to pay as guest using a credit or debit card.
What happens if I don’t pay my bill on time?
